- Check the power supply before working and start the “main power switch”
- When the “power indicator light” is on, start the “down” button.
- Facing the machine, the gear lever is backward, and the knife works upward; the gear lever is forward, and the knife works downward; the gear lever is in the middle, which is neutral, and the knife stops working.
- Press the “up” pedal to reset the cylinder upward.
- Insert the melon body into the lower positioning pin.
- Press the “cylinder down” switch to make the cylinder go down and insert the upper positioning pin into the center of the top of the melon body.
- Push the gear lever backward so that the left knife is close to the melon body.
- Start the “down” button. At this time, the left knife naturally moves downward, the melon body rotates, and the melon skin is cut off by the knife. When the peeling is completed, the left knife will press the “lower limiter” and the machine will stop automatically.
- Pull the gear lever to the center position (neutral), press the “up” pedal to reset the cylinder upward, and the cylinder will naturally reset upward.
