By freezing food up to 10 times faster than traditional freezers, it minimizes ice crystal formation, ensuring superior quality for a wide range of items, including dumplings, shrimp, chicken, fish, scallops, mousse, dough, and various seafood.
Our lineup includes five standard models—BF05, BF10, BF15, BF22, and BF30—with capacities ranging from 5 to 30 trays, all operating efficiently at -45°C. Additionally, the ultra-low temperature models—BF05-SD2, BF10-SD3, BF15-SD5, BF22-SD4, and BF30-SD6—achieve a remarkable -80°C, ideal for specialized food storage needs. These models mirror the capacities of their standard counterparts and can be customized to support up to 40 trays, making them versatile for various production scales.
