These machines are categorized based on their structure, which includes tilted and vertical (fixed) cooking mixer. We have steam/gas/thermal oil /electric induction heating available for your different power selection. Depending on the specific process requirements, equipment with or without stirring can be selected. Furthermore, jacketed pots can be categorized into lidless type, flat lid type, and vacuum type based on the sealing method employed.

The pot body is manufactured using 304 stainless steel plate and is formed in a single step. The entire pot body has a hemispherical shape, eliminating any dead ends during stirring. It provides even heating without any risk of burning. The pot body is highly durable and resistant to chemical corrosion, while the stainless steel material ensures cleanliness, hygiene, and ease of cleaning.
