-When storing the timing belts, ensure they are kept bent normally.
-Store the timing belts in a cool place, away from contact with oil and water.
-The teeth of the pulley must be perpendicular to the direction in which the synchronous belt runs.
-If the synchronous belt deviates to the opposite side, it should be promptly adjusted, and the pressure of the tensioning wheel should be adjusted to restore the parallelism between the main axes of the driving wheel and the driven wheel.
-During startup, if the center distance changes, the belt becomes loose, and tooth skipping occurs, check for any loose synchronous pulleys or frames, and ensure the shaft positioning is aligned correctly. Make necessary adjustments and reinforcements promptly.
