Its intensive 260°C conduction heat transfer from the top and bottom surfaces makes it ideal for browning, searing, and Sous Vide products. Additionally, this technology is especially effective for flat, de-boned, whole muscle, minced meat products, such as chicken filets, meat patties, steak, bacon, pancakes, fillet of fish, shrimps, vegetables etc. as it prevents excessive height expansion during cooking.

VER contact cooker features a solid and stick-free product belt that can handle heavily marinated, wet, and sticky products. With a variable belt speed, you can adjust the cooking time from 0.40 to 4 minutes, while the Non-Stick coated belt ensures that the product does not stick or leave marks.
